EyeLink 1000 / 2K Desktop System

The EyeLink 1000 / 2K® Desktop mount is a very compact, mirror-less, remote eye tracking device for the EyeLink 1000 and EyeLink 2K that sits just below the computer monitor the participant is viewing. Head position can be maintained using any chin rest or other head stabilization device. This combination results in a very unconstrained user experience similar to that of a full remote system.

Taking advantage of our unique Focal Imaging technology, the EyeLink 1000 / 2K Desktop system provides extremely high data resolution without the limited camera field of view found in other high speed eye tracking systems. Focal Imaging technology provides the simplest participant set-up and allows eye position to be tracked even when the head moves +/- 25 mm horizontally or vertically.

The EyeLink 1000 / 2K Desktop system

• Up to 2000 Hz monocular and 1000 Hz binocular tracking
clearin a remote desktop mount
• 0.25º - 0.5º average accuracy
• Down to 0.01º RMS spatial resolution
• Excellent glasses compatibility
• No electronics near participant's head
• Compact and mirror-less
• Supports EyeLink Remote recording

Binocular Camera Orientation

The EyeLink® 1000 / 2K Desktop system uses the same custom developed camera as all of our leading EyeLink® 1000 / 2K systems, giving you the flexibility to move the camera between mounting options depending on your research needs.
