The EyeLink System supports analog output and digital inputs and outputs, via the Analog PCI card. The analog card supplies up to 6 channels of 16-bit resolution analog output, and 16 bits each of digital input and output.

The Analog Card provides up to 6 channels of real-time analog eye and gaze position data corresponding to x position, y position and pupil area for both right and left eye.

The digital outputs can be set up to send sync messages to external systems, while the digital inputs can be configured to receive external sync messages to the eye tracker.
